Figure 1: Follicular carcinoma of thyroid and cervical lymph nodal metastases s/p total thyroidectomy. Patient has been treated three times with radioiodine (cumulative dosage 349 mCi). Later patient developed recurrent headaches and progressively worsening double vision for 2 weeks.
