Retraction: Correlation of serum Vitamin D levels in lactating mothers and their infants

The original article entitled “Correlation of Serum Vitamin D Levels in Lactating Mothers and Their Infants, published in Indian Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism, on pages 801-805, Issue 6, Volume 22, 2018,[1] had been requested to be withdrawn from publication by the author. As the article was not withdrawn and ended being published, the author has requested for retraction. Plagiarism, unethical publication or redundant publication violates the editorial policy of Indian Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism, which follows best practice guidelines given by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) mentioned on the Information for Authors and as codified in the signed statements made by the authors regarding the copyright of their work. This article has been retracted as per request made by Author, Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board of the journal.
